When I first got into NetSuite consulting, I saw the same problem everywhere—businesses expected fast responses, senior consultants, and minimal back-and-forth. But that wasn’t happening. Instead, companies struggled with slow replies, inexperienced support, and misaligned expectations.
So, I built Stockton10 to fix that.

The biggest mistake I see?Thinking NetSuite can fix everything. It’s a powerful tool, but forcing it to do what it wasn’t designed for leads to band-aid solutions that break later.

As Senior Delivery Manager, I lead NetSuite service delivery across APAC, EMEA, and NOAM regions. Since launching the service in September 2023, our team has successfully contributed to a 180% increase in client growth, expanding from 5 to 14 clients in 2024. My goal is to drive impactful change by developing people, optimizing processes, and fostering strong client relationships to deliver practical solutions that empower teams and clients for measurable, long-term success.
